All materials published on the above site, including but not limited to text, graphics, photographs, images, illustrations, sounds, logos, links and all other software and information, also known as "content" are protected by copyright, and they are the property of Magnum Events.
Our website and its contents are protected by Irish and International copyright laws. It is illegal to modify, reproduce, republish, upload, post, distribute or transmit any content from our website without prior written confirmation from Magnum Events.
Aside from that, it is aslo acknowledged that customers of Magnum Events will be subject to make payment within a 30 day period of their event/order.
Privicy Policy
Our customers privacy and transaction details are very important to us. We will only use the personal details of our clients for the purpose for which it was originally intended. We will not release or pass on information to a third party.
Conditions of Use
The Event Window is published and maintained by Magnum Events Ltd. We are an event production & management company, specialising in outdoor festivals and events. We provide the Event Window, free of charge, to individuals and organisations to organise and manage their events and to our suppliers who would like to expand their web-based sales.
We cannot guarantee that all the products/services listed on this website will be available at any given time, as some of them are quite unique. Where possible we will do our utmost to find a suitable substitute.
Our images are not always an exact representation of the product, although this only really applies to the staff section.
The Event Window is supported by supplier, partner (or affiliate) commissions. There is no charge, presently, to you for using the Event Window, so long as you abide by the terms and conditions of use as outlined in this document. We do, however, reserve the right to introduce a charge for this service at a later stage.
We will try our best to keep this service running 24/7 until such a point as we notify you that the service is no longer available. We will not be held responsible for errors on the site but we will rectify them as soon as possible. We welcome your feedback and suggestions, please contact info@magnumevents.eu if you have anything to say to us.
Products/services are displayed on the Event Window with the Magnum Events service charge included. We reserve the right to set and alter this charge at any stage. Magnum Events also reserves the right to remove any supplier or customer at any stage for any reason from the Event Window.
